INVITATION: Written proposals subject to the conditions stated in the RFP will be solicited through 2 p.m. Central Time on July 8, 2022 for providing the services as described below for Young Audiences Charter Association.
DESCRIPTION: Young Audiences Charter Association is hereby requesting written proposals to provide disaster consulting services to be performed in relation to the school’s Hurricane Ida FEMA claim.
Young Audiences Charter Association is requesting proposals from qualified firms with experience in disaster consulting and successful FEMA claims to enter into a service contract to continue work on Young Audiences’ current FEMA claim.
RFP must be submitted in a sealed envelope and returned to Young Audiences Charter Schools, 1000 Burmaster Street, Gretna, LA 70053. RFP’s received later than the designated time and specified date will be returned to the bidder unopened. Facsimile (FAX) copies of the proposal will not be accepted.
Young Audiences Charter Association reserves the right to accept or reject any or all proposals or any combination thereof and to waive any informality in the bidding process.
