Reporting information to the LLA Hotline may lead to an investigation, audit, or other review.
When submitting information, please provide as much detail as possible, including who was involved, what occurred, where and when it happened, why it happened, and how it happened. While we accept anonymous tips, providing your name and telephone number will help us follow up with any additional questions.
